sal.&lt;br /&gt;Pique uma cebola e ponha a dourar num pouco de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os pedaços de frango e cozinhe.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a salada chinesa e a alga arame previamente demolhada durante 5 minutose reserve a água do demolhe.&lt;br /&gt;Junte a beringela cortada aos pedacinhos e reque o cozinhado com a água das algas.&lt;br /&gt;Mexa bem e verique de sal.&lt;br /&gt;Tempere com gengibre em pó ou raíz de gengibre, e acrescente caril a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;Quando estiver pronto e bem apuradinho, junte os bróculos dando um toque decorativo à travessa ou prato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Depois de ganhar pressão cose uns 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Logo que perca a pressão, ( &lt;strong&gt;dê um golpe na fava e retire a pele)&lt;/strong&gt; , tipo tremoçofazer o puré com a varinha mágica e deitar um pouco de azeite e sal a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta sopa fica muito bem com, umas massinhas pequenas, poucas, ou só em creme. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Menos calorias - não colocar massas!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando der a sopa por concluida, juntar hortelã picadinha .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;( pode substituir-se a hortelã pelos coentros)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ter em atenção, que esta sopa engrossa um pouco depois de fria, mas não tem problema nenhm; Pica a polpa retirada da beringela. Coloca a soja de molho em água fria até dobrar de tamanho.&lt;br /&gt;Espreme para tirar o excesso de água e reserva. Refoga a cebola e o alho no azeite até dourar, depois acrescenta o tomate e a polpa da beringela e refoga até soltar água.&lt;br /&gt;Junta a soja e, se necessário, um pouco mais de água.&lt;br /&gt;Cozinha até que a beringela murche e sobre pouca água. Escorre as metades de beringela e recheia com o refogado, acrescentando duas azeitonas para cada metade e polvilhando com pão ralado. Coloca numa assadeira grande untada com um pouco de margarina.
